Click the button below. This page will try to contact my RustDesk server from your browser. If the checks pass, RustDesk should connect successfully too. If they fail, your firewall or corporate network is likely blocking outbound connections on the RustDesk ports.
Your network can reach my server. If RustDesk itself still doesn't connect, double-check you pasted the right key from the Key page into app settings.
Your browser can reach the server over web traffic (ports 80/443), but RustDesk's native ports (21115–21119) are blocked. This is common on corporate networks. Message me and we'll arrange an alternative — usually switching to your phone's hotspot works.
Your network can't reach my server at all. Either the server is down (rare — tell me) or your network has very strict outbound filtering. Try from your phone's cellular data as a quick sanity check.
